Shipping:
How are the products shipped? Most orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping is FREE within the United States.
How long will it take for my product to ship? Please see individual product pages for estimated shipping times.
How do I track my order? Tracking numbers, if available, will be sent via email when your product ships.
Is Overnight or Express shipping available for your products? No. To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not currently offer overnight or express shipping.
Do you ship to Canada? Unfortunately we do not ship to Canada at this time.
Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses? Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military addresses at this time.
Returns:
What is your return policy?
All of our products carry a 1 year manufacturers limited warranty. If the product is defective, we will replace it or refund your money.
For incorrect items, you must contact us within 1 week of delivery. We will then arrange for pickup of the defective product and either issue a refund or exchange at no cost to you. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. However, return shipping charges will be your responsibility and you must contact us at contact@zillashops.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving the order. In addition, a 15% restocking fee may be charged. Please retain all packaging for return shipments. Freight Damage:Please inspect the delivery as soon as it arrives. If you suspect any damage, you can refuse the product or make a written statement on the freight bill before you sign and accept shipment. Contact our customer service department contact@zillashops.com as soon as possible. If you discover concealed damage, please retain all packing materials and contact us for further instructions. Product Warranty:Our bags are covered for 1 year by the manufacturers' warranties. The warranties are extended to the original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components at their discretion. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Should any product that you purchase from us ever require warranty service please contact us for return instructions. Diaperbagzilla will then make the necessary arrangements to insure that the warranty issue is handled promptly.
